The main reasons for growth of stray dogs are availability of food in the street due to slackness in the performance of bounden duty on the part of municipal authorities Why human rights commission do not take case suo motto against the criminal negligence on the part of authorities
The matter should be reported to higher authorities for appropriate suitable action so as to end the problem and recurrence in other places
All social activist should ponder over the matter and take collective action to solve the riddle Govt should declare their policy about the issue as to whether they give priority to the lives of men or animals
